RETURNS

Qualifying products* purchased online through Spacejunk.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Spacejunk.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from Spacejunk.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
